Returns & Refund Policy

At Lumora Baby, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • The product must include all accessories and tags
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal hygiene products
  • Baby feeding accessories once opened
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • damaged product
  • wrong item
  • defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos

We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to ship items to the supplier warehouse
  • Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours after placing the order.

After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
