Returns & Refund Policy

At Lumora Baby, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- The product must include all accessories and tags
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal hygiene products
- Baby feeding accessories once opened
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Return Shipping
- Customers may need to ship items to the supplier warehouse
- Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours after placing the order.
After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
